I am a senior Precast and Structural Engineer with over 12 years of technical and managerial experience delivering complex precast concrete systems across Myanmar and Thailand. My expertise spans the full precast value chain, including yard production engineering, prestressed and post-tensioned girder systems, design coordination, and site execution for bridges, commercial buildings, housing developments, infrastructure works, and architectural precast façades. I began my career on the Bayint Naung Flyover project, directly involved in precast girder installation, which established a strong foundation in heavy precast and bridge construction.

I have since contributed to multi-million-dollar projects in Thailand, working with leading Thai construction firms on high-performance commercial and infrastructure developments. My technical focus includes constructability-driven design, prestressing systems, production optimization, quality control, and interface coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines. Complementing my engineering background, I hold an MBA, with a master’s thesis centered on applying design thinking to precast development for Myanmar’s construction industry—aimed at improving productivity, cost efficiency, and scalability. I position myself as a cross-border technical advisor and thought leader, translating advanced precast practices from Thailand into practical, sustainable solutions for Myanmar’s evolving construction sector.
